Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
Waist: measure around your natural waistline, just above the hip bones.
Neck: measure around the base of your neck, leaving one finger's space under the tape.

Between sizes? Choose the larger size for a relaxed fit, or the smaller size for a closer fit.
Slim-fit styles are cut closer to the body — check the product description for fit notes.
US and Australian men's letter sizes (S–3XL) are generally comparable, but always check your chest measurement against the chart.
